Consent to Receive Advertising and Informational Mailings

Mailings about events, promotions, and other advertising or informational content via telephone calls, SMS messages to the phone number, and/or emails to the email address, and/or phone calls, and/or messages in social networks (e.g., VKontakte/VK).

1. The Subject agrees that the content of this Consent is clear and understandable, and the Consent is given voluntarily and in their own interest. The Consent is stored by GEX and serves as proof of the Subject’s agreement to the processing of their contact data in accordance with the provisions of this Consent. The Subject confirms responsibility for the accuracy of the contact data provided.
2. The Subject acknowledges that they are informed of their right to withdraw this Consent at any time during its validity period and unsubscribe from mailings either by submitting a written request to GEX or by sending a request to the email address specified in Clause 3 of this Consent.
3. The Subject is informed that, if any questions arise regarding unsubscribing from the mailings, they may seek assistance by sending an email to: info@gexrussia.com.
4. This Consent is provided for an indefinite period, unless information regarding its withdrawal is received.
5. The Subject hereby confirms that any action performed by them – including clicking the "Submit" button, placing a mark such as “✓”, “•” or “☓” in the Form – shall be deemed a sufficient form of consent and confirms that the parties recognize the fact of Consent being given, and that no further proof of the Subject's free will is required.
