General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms define and regulate the legal relationship related to the services provided by GEX LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) through its website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The Company provides services in the USA, China, and other countries worldwide, including via its partners.
By accessing the Website, using any services on the Website, or downloading any content in whole or in part, you, as the user (hereinafter also referred to as “User”, “You”, “Your”, “Client”), confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms of Use, as well as other service terms published on the Company’s Website, including the terms of the public agency agreement (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Terms” or the “Agreement”), and unconditionally accept them, regardless of whether you are a service client, a registered user of the Website, or a visitor.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. In the event of changes, the Company will publish the updated Terms on the Website, indicating the date of the last update. Users are obligated to periodically check the Website for updates to the Terms. The new Terms shall take effect and apply to obligations arising after their publication on the Website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must cease using the Website. Your continued use of the Website, creation of an account, becoming a User, or use of the Services constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
Capacity to Enter into the Agreement
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are fully competent under the laws of your country of residence and are authorized to use the Services. If you are not fully competent under the applicable laws, you must obtain the consent of your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to use the Services. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you guarantee that you have all necessary authority granted by the legal entity and the relevant laws of the country in which it is registered to use the Services. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that we cannot verify the accuracy of the information and statements you provide, and you bear full responsibility for any violation of this section.
Services Provided by GEX LLC and Terms of Provision
GEX LLC offers the following services:
- Purchasing goods on behalf of clients from online stores;
- Transportation of goods/orders purchased by clients to the specified country;
- Receipt and delivery of parcels (hereinafter “Shipment” or “Order”) assigned by clients;
- Forwarding letters from one address to another.
To use the Company’s services, users must register on the Website and create a User Account (“Account”). Each user may only have one Account. Upon registration, users must provide accurate and truthful information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all operations performed under their account. Any unauthorized access must be immediately reported to the Company. In such cases, the Company may temporarily block the account until the matter is resolved. The Company is not liable for actions of third parties conducted through the User's account.
Parcels must be sent to the foreign warehouse address provided by GEX LLC. The package must include the “Address Line 2” and other necessary information as instructed. Failure to include this information may result in the Company not being responsible for missing packages, delays, or unprocessed shipments.
Shipments are considered accepted within one (1) business day after actual delivery to the warehouse, upon scanning and registration by GEX LLC staff. Upon registration, the client will see on their personal page:
- Tracking number
- Recipient in the Russian Federation
- Country of origin and destination
- Delivery method
- Date received
- Package weight
- delivery cost
- Additional information related to smart services (if applicable) The services include but are not limited to:
- Purchase of goods from online stores on behalf of clients under agency agreements
- Arrangement of delivery for orders purchased through or independently from the Company
- Arrangement of parcel forwarding as designated by clients

Order Requirements
- When placing an Order, the Client must ensure they have sufficient funds in their account to cover the full cost of the Order.
- GEX LLC reserves the right to refuse further transportation of any Order at any time if it poses a threat or interferes with the movement of other Orders, endangers staff or equipment involved in transportation, or if the contents of the Order are prohibited by law or by the rules of any third-party carriers involved.
- Under no circumstances does GEX LLC transport weapons, ammunition, artworks of historical value, bullion or scrap of precious metals, foreign currency, hazardous, explosive, or highly flammable materials, live plants or animals, or any other items prohibited by international, national, or interstate regulations or by internal policies of transportation companies.
- The Company reserves the right to delay delivery deadlines or suspend the provision of certain services during peak periods (holidays, promotions, campaigns, etc.).
- You agree that if transactions are discovered to have been made using stolen or unauthorized payment cards or other methods of payment, or if banks or financial institutions initiate a refund of funds used by you, GEX LLC has the right to charge you a penalty of 500,000 RUB per Order or up to 100% of the refunded amount as compensation for the damages incurred.
- GEX LLC is responsible solely for transporting Orders that have been accepted at its warehouse.
- Delivery timelines provided by the Company are indicative only, and the Company bears no liability for delays.
- Delivery starts on the day the parcel is received at the Company’s foreign warehouse and ends on the day it is received at GEX LLC’s main distribution center in Moscow (after internal system scanning). Customs processing or inspections are not included in delivery timeframes. Parcels are scanned within one business day of receipt.
Shipment Declaration
- Before a shipment reaches the Russian Federation, the Client must declare its value (based on invoice) and accurately describe the contents (including HS code, if applicable) in their GEX LLC personal account, for automatic submission to customs.
- The tracking number and “Address Line 2” serve as identifiers for the shipment and delivery method. If any of this data is missing or inconsistent, the order will be shipped using the delivery method provided in the tracking data and delivered to the recipient associated with the relevant account. If no tracking number is provided, only the “Address Line 2” will be used as the shipment reference.
- The Client acknowledges that failure to comply with this requirement entails full responsibility and waives the right to make claims against GEX LLC in such cases.
- You agree that your personal data may be stored and processed by GEX LLC for customs clearance purposes.
Order Acceptance Procedure
Orders are accepted in packaged form; however, the Company reserves the right to inspect contents to ensure there are no prohibited items. Additional inspections may be carried out if extra services are requested.
- GEX LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper or incomplete packaging.
- The Client acknowledges that the order’s weight is rounded up to the nearest 100 grams.
- Orders must include sender and recipient information on the packaging or accompanying documentation.
- For international shipments, addresses must be written in Latin letters and Arabic numerals. The recipient’s address may be in the destination country’s official language.
- The Client is responsible for customs warehouse storage fees. If a shipment remains at GEX LLC’s or another warehouse for more than 20 days, a 100 RUB per day fee is charged from the 20th day onward.
- The Client must also compensate GEX LLC for any costs or losses caused by failure to retrieve the order on time.
- GEX LLC reserves the right to destroy, sell, or otherwise dispose of an order 30 days after arrival at its or a partner’s warehouse if:
- the order cannot be identified,
- it contains prohibited items, and/or
- it lacks required purchase documentation (invoice). By using GEX LLC’s services, you grant the Company the right to dispose of such shipments and waive any claims related to them.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is made according to the Company’s tariffs for the relevant country of transportation.
- The Client acknowledges and agrees that customs clearance of eligible shipments is their personal responsibility under applicable law.
- If an order is not claimed within 30 days of its arrival, the Company may return the order to the sender, with all related expenses borne by the Client.
- Promotional bonus points may be offered but will be canceled if the Client does not make any shipments for three consecutive months.
- Funds credited to the account may be converted into another currency. Conversion into RUB is made at Alfa-Bank’s exchange rate on the payment day.
- The Client agrees that additional services may be required during service provision and agrees to pay all related charges as determined by the Company.
- Full payment for services must be made before receipt or dispatch of any order. The Client must settle all outstanding balances related to any and all orders before release. GEX LLC may retain orders as security until full payment is received.
For corporate clients, delivery terms are governed by contract.
For individuals receiving parcels at GEX LLC offices via automated systems, orders are issued upon scanning the order code or entering the correct code.
Delivery Procedure
Depending on the client’s legal status, orders may be delivered as follows:
- For legal entities, delivery terms are defined in the contract between the Company and the entity.
- For individuals, orders are collected at GEX LLC offices via automated systems. Orders are issued upon scanning the order code or entering the appropriate code into the system.
Claims and Compensation for Damages
If the Company fails to fulfill its service obligations or performs them improperly, resulting in loss of the order, the Client has the right to claim compensation for actual damages incurred.
- A written claim regarding non-delivery, damage, or loss must be submitted to the Company within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or the expected delivery date.
- For international shipments, claims for loss are accepted and processed in accordance with applicable legal and international agreement deadlines.
- The Company’s liability for loss or damage is limited, at its discretion, to 5,000 RUB per lost shipment or to the repair cost in case of damage.
- Insurance and related costs are the responsibility of the Client. The Company is not liable for damage to fragile items (e.g., glass, porcelain) unless there is visible external damage to the packaging and a clear causal link between the damage and the shipping process.
Mandatory Insurance
- For shipments valued at or above 500 USD, insurance is mandatory. The Client is responsible for choosing the insurer and covering the related costs.
- If the shipment is not insured, the Client waives the right to make any claims against the Company for loss or damage unless a court establishes the Company’s unlawful conduct and a direct causal link to the loss. Compensation in such cases will be provided in accordance with these Terms and/or the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- If the lost order is recovered after compensation has been paid, it shall be delivered to the Client, who is then obligated to return the compensation prior to receiving the shipment.
- Refusal to return the compensation means the order becomes the property of the Company.
- the Company is not responsible for verifying the completeness or conformity of goods delivered to its foreign warehouse.
- You are required to inspect the package upon receipt. The Company shall not be held liable for any missing items unless the discrepancy is recorded at the time of delivery.
Additional Information
- The service fee for the "Buy For Me" service is 5% of the item’s price, but no less than 1,500 RUB. If 5% is below 1,500 RUB, the minimum fee applies.
- The Company is not liable for any services, goods, or works offered by third parties through external links on its Website.
Privacy and Data Protection
Upon registering on the Website, users must provide their name, address, email, and other contact details.
Our servers automatically collect certain data, including:
- IP address
- Browser name
- Device type
- Technical connection information
The Company takes appropriate measures to protect your personal data.
Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
